Reward Points (RP)
Reward Points and Redemption Process
For every RM10 spent on purchases of the Products or Services, the Member will be entitled
to one (1) Reward Point (RP). The purchases must be made through the Company’s dedicated
At the point of purchase or any time thereafter and if required by the Company, the Member
must specify membership details or produce evidence of membership such as the Member’s identity
documents including the Member’s mobile phone with the mobile number registered during at the
application, failing which the Company reserves the right to not award any reward points or allow
Reward points are awarded based on the net value of the purchase after deduction of discounts
and vouchers. Reward points will not be awarded for any the following:
(a) purchase of gift vouchers
(b) purchases made directly with the Merchants
(c) purchases made using “Birthday e-Voucher”, “Redemption e-Voucher” and all other
Reward points are non-transferable to and non-shareable with any third party (including but not
limited to another Customer or Member) and are not exchangeable for cash.
Reward points can be redeemed for any of the Products at any of the Company’s authorised retail
stores in the Territory or through the Company’s dedicated website for the Territory
Once a Member has exercised a redemption, the redemption cannot be changed or reversed.
When collecting birthday privilege and when redeeming any rewards points, the Member are
required to produce evidence of membership such as the Member’s identity documents including
the Member’s mobile phone with the mobile number registered during at the application. For the
avoidance of doubt, the Company reserves the right to not allow any redemption without assigning
any reasons whatsoever.
The Member shall top-up any shortfall or difference between the amount available for
redemption and the price of the Products.
Unless a Customer joins after 30 th November in a calendar year, reward points shall expire on an
annual basis (01 st April – 31 st March). Any remaining reward points which have not been redeemed
by 31 March of any year shall automatically expire and/or shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any enquiries and complains has to be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org The decision on
all related matters and redemption shall be decided by the Company. Its decision is therefore final
